I’m a Black Brazilian at heart, and my career has been built across borders. It began in Law school (Bachelor of Laws) at Universidade Federal de Viçosa (Brazil), where I ranked first among 1,600 candidates in the national entrance exam, and grew through mobility programs in Russia and Brazil, a mentorship with the Justice Initiative at Harvard and Howard University, and scholarships from Cargill, CWMUN, Santander, and Rosmolodyozh. That foundation led me to found G20+6 MUN, an NGO that reached 700+ young people, and to contribute to UNICEF Brazil, UNHCR, Fiocruz, and South Ural State University.
Along the way, I worked and traveled across 100+ cities in 37 countries, collaborating with teams in 40+ countries. I’m fluent in English and Portuguese and proficient in Spanish and French.
Today, I’m an Operations & Project Manager with 7+ years of experience across AMER, LATAM, and EMEA, backed by a business education from BYU-Idaho (BBA) and a Project Management Certificate from Ensign College. I turn manual, messy processes into systems that scale: managing client portfolios above CAD 1M, building SOPs and KPI systems that lifted retention by 20%, and using automation and AI tools like HubSpot, Zendesk, Zapier, Claude, and Lovable to cut problem resolution time by 30%. From contracts and billing to CRM workflows and data analysis, I focus on smarter systems and faster-scaling teams.
