I'm a Black Brazilian at heart. I studied at the Bachelor of Laws at UFV/UFMG. From 2019 to 2020, I received scholarships from Cargill Inc., CWMUN, Santander Bank, and Rosmolodyozh. I contributed to global cooperation projects at South Ural State University and NKI Brics (Russia) and conducted international law research at HRMI (New Zealand).
Next, I founded G20+6 MUN, an NGO that impacted 500 young people from 45 countries with Model United Nations (MUNs). I also published various national and international articles and appeared in publications by the UN Brazil, UNHCR, Fiocruz, SBT, and Record.
In my journey through law and international affairs, I developed a keen interest in youth impact. As a result, I coordinated the state volunteer program for UNICEF (Brazil) and worked as a project consultant at Petrozavodsk University (Russia) and the Cameroon Association of Active Youths (Cameroon).
Afterward, instead of focusing on social impact, I decided to learn more about myself. With my comings and goings around the world, I used my global travels as an opportunity to build practical skills in cultural communications, logistics, conflict management, resource management, risk assessment, and adaptive problem-solving. I also developed a keen eye for identifying patterns, analyzing data to make informed decisions, and coordinating complex itineraries—skills that directly translate to project management and data-driven work.
Before 2022, I was mostly working on customer success and project management. After my travels, I started to work more closely with business operations and account management for foreign companies. Since then, I've visited around 100 cities in 37 countries and have revisited some. My favorite destinations are Switzerland and France because I love the French language and Francophone music.
Throughout this time, here are the main soft and hard skills I've learned that will be a great asset to your team. Organizing projects on Asana, GSuite, Microsoft365, Basecamp and Trello. Experienced with data analysis (Power BI, Airtable, ClickUp), reporting tools (Omeda, Campaign Monitor, Google Analytics) and with CRM tools (Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce, Gorgias and RD Station). Fluent in English and Portuguese. Proficient in Spanish and French. Collaborated with intercultural teams across 40+ countries.
People often ask and think how can I be willing to take so many risks and handle these challenges. But I still plan and believe that what matters in life are the dreams we realize and, most importantly, getting to know our inner selves while contributing to the world.
